Besto Pesto is a woman-owned and run business based in Rhode Island. Barbara Simon-Olsen and Michele Kozloski joined forces in spring 2007 to bring homemade pesto to the Coastal Growers Farmer's Market. Barbara's homemade recipe and Michele's farming experience created a natural partnership. In 2007, Besto Pesto will be launching Lemon Basil Pesto and Garlic Scape Pesto.
